Shelby is the Founder & Owner of FXS BODY FACTORY, recognized as one of Atlanta’s premier women’s fitness studios, and the Founder of Herganics Beauty, a beauty & wellness brand known for its signature product, Daily Lipo Tea. Over the past decade, she has built a reputation as a leading force in women’s health, fitness, and wellness — helping women transform not only their physiques, but their lifestyles, confidence, and overall well-being.

With over a decade of experience as a certified fitness trainer, instructor, and health coach, Shelby has become widely recognized for her expertise in shaping the feminine physique through sustainable fitness, nutrition, and wellness practices. Her work has impacted hundreds of women across the U.S., supporting goals ranging from weight loss and healthy weight gain to improved health outcomes, including the reduction of diabetes and high blood pressure symptoms through lifestyle-focused change.

A Detroit native, former athlete, dancer, and proud alumna of Alabama A&M University, Shelby’s journey into fitness began after transitioning away from a professional career in finance to pursue her true passion in health & wellness. What started as a personal weight loss and fitness journey in 2010, evolved into a growing movement dedicated to helping women become lean & curvy, healthier, and more confident from the inside out.

Through personal training, virtual coaching, corporate wellness programs, nutrition products, and digital outreach, Fitness X Shellz has grown into one of the Southeast’s most recognized women’s fitness brands.
