Shortly after launching a professional career in finance, Shelby realized that her passion did not rely on Finance, but rather in Health & Fitness. In 2010 Shelby began her personal Weightloss and Fitness Journey, followed by becoming a fitness instructor later that year.

Shellz specializes in Feminine Fitness and have helped hundreds of women across the U.S. lose weight, get healthy, and be in the best shape of their lives! Over the years, through Personal Training, Virtual Training, Corporate Group Fitness, Nutrition Products & Social Media Outreach - Fitness X Shellz has reached the masses with a unique and effective weight loss and fitness program.
Shelby is now the Founder & Creator of Herganics Beauty, helping women across the world live confidently on their wellness journey, through the use of all-natural products, with a self-love messaging behind them.

Shelby is the Founder & Owner of FXS BODY FACTORY, Atlanta's premier fitness studio for women. She is also the founder of Herganics Beauty, a women's beauty & wellness brand, featuring its signature product Daily Lipo Tea. In her 12 years of servicing women in the health & fitness industry as a certified fitness trainer, instructor, and health coach — she’s become an expert at shaping the optimal feminine physique. Not only has Shelby been gifted to help with weight loss and healthy weight gain, but she’s also helped many women rid of diabetes and high blood pressure, aiding in the decreased usage of prescription drugs and the promotion of healthy lifestyle changes. As a Detroit native, an Alabama A&M University Alumnus, former athlete, and dancer — Shelby’s commitment to serving the Atlanta area & now the world, has been graciously fulfilling as she looks forward to changing more lives for the better each day.
